Class packages and memberships are non-transferable, and non-refundable.   Exceptions include medical issues which prevent you from practicing (please provide a doctor's note), or if you move outside the area (please provide a utility bill). 

Subscription payments are non-refundable and it is the Buyer's responibility to notify Bikram Yoga Fremont via e-mail or post before the installment payment is processed, if cancellation of the subscription is required.
