Preparation for Class  
  • All classes are Beginner's Level (no yoga experience required) and are 90 minutes long
  • For your first class, drop in 10 minutes before class, double your water intake before your first class, and don't eat 3 hours prior to class
  • Bring a large beach towel, dress in clothes that you are ready to sweat in
  • If you have a yoga mat, bring it- otherwise you can rent one for $1.00 or puchase one for $20
  • Please do not wear strong perfume and please keep your body odor in check.
