Class Schedule and Preparation for Class 
Preparation for Class (Six tips to help you look like a seasoned yogi) 

  1. All classes are Beginner's Level (no yoga experience required) and are 90 minutes long
  2. For your first class, drop in 10 minutes before class, double your water intake before your first class, and don't eat 3 hours prior to class
  3. Bring a large beach towel, dress in clothes that you are ready to sweat in
  4. If you have a yoga mat, bring it- otherwise you can rent one for $1.00 or puchase one for $20
  5. Please do not wear strong perfume and please keep your body odor in check.
  6. As a courtesy to others, please do not come to class if you have a cold or the flu. A good rule of thumb is that you shouldn't be sneezing or coughing during class.
