Preparation for Class (Six tips to help you look like a seasoned yogi)
|
- All classes are Beginner's Level (no yoga experience required) and are 90 minutes long
- For your first class, drop in 10 minutes before class, double your water intake before your first class, and don't eat 3 hours prior to class
- Bring a large beach towel, dress in clothes that you are ready to sweat in
- If you have a yoga mat, bring it- otherwise you can rent one for $1.00 or puchase one for $20
- Please do not wear strong perfume and please keep your body odor in check.
- As a courtesy to others, please do not come to class if you have a cold or the flu. A good rule of thumb is that you shouldn't be sneezing or coughing during class.
